These are original Third Reich building plans for a dinghy approved by the Kriegsmarine! It is a second expanded plan 1 for Scharpie-Beiboot ‘Dingi’ by Franz Linstädt of Berlin produced by the company that published a series of ship models called Volckmanns Baupläne für Schiffsmodelle.
