This small, fat Nazi photo album was probably put together by a young blond woman performing her obligatory one year labor service. It contains photos of lots of young soldiers, groups of RAD girls, RAD girls reading in front of their barracks, with their bicycles and one picture shows the young woman on a Wehrmacht motorcycle in between two soldiers.
The 3-3/8 x 4-5/8 inch and 1-¼ inch thick leather cover Third Reich album has 30 photos all printed on photo paper. None of them have captions, names, dates or locations. A nice original - not messed with - Nazi era photo album, no odor.
The same woman is also shown with what we suspect are her parents, the father wearing a Luftwaffe NCO uniform with an Iron Cross ribbon, a marksmanship lanyard and an anti-aircraft artillery personnel lower sleeve insignia. There are lots of photos of other soldiers she must have met or dated, one wearing a turtleneck sweater, one with a Bergmütze, portraits and snapshots. One photo shows the woman all dressed up wearing pearls and arm in arm with a young soldier with a silver Wound Badge on his uniform.
